Hi, I'm Spencer Pallard, CPA, the founder of Agate Bay Bookkeeping.

I started this firm to give BC small business owners access to professional accounting that actually fits how they operate. Not generic bookkeeping.

I work with trades and contractors, restaurants, breweries, wineries, agricultural businesses, and real estate operators across British Columbia. I know these industries, and I understand the financial pressures that come with running them — cash flow cycles, excise obligations, seasonal revenue, CRA compliance.

Based in Vancouver, BC, I provide full-service bookkeeping, corporate and personal tax returns, and sales tax filings — all delivered with the accuracy you'd expect from a Chartered Professional Accountant.
